Trainee Recruiters
Trainee recruiters have a strong desire to succeed.
They have sales experience, good people instincts, and a passion for at least one of the specialisations that MACRO recruits for.
For your first two weeks you will work alongside experienced recruiters working briefs together.
This gives you the basic tools you will need to recruit.
After two weeks you will continue to receive weekly structured training.
Your primary challenges within your first three months are:
- To establish a network of employers that you can rely on to provide you with enough business to meet your monthly targets.
- Exceed 4 placements
Once met, you will be eligible to earn commissions on your placements and, depending on your level of placement success, attain a salary increase.
Your Trainee status runs for 3 months.
Junior Recruiters
Junior Recruiters have between 3 months – 2 years 360 recruitment experience.
They have successfully billed over $300k in a 12 month period (MACRO’s PB is $514k)
Junior Recruiters are provided with a warm desk from our existing customers and leads from employers enquiring about our services. These opportunities if worked well will result in half of your target being met. In addition, the Junior Recruiter continually grows their business networks through phone and face-to-face networking.
Junior recruiters will continue to receive weekly training structured training.
Your target is to exceed 3 successful placements per month.
Intermediate Recruiters
Intermediate recruiters have between 2 months – 3 years 360 recruitment experience.
The have successfully billed over $350k in a 12 month period.
You will be selling contactor, contingency recruitment and retainer based recruitment.
You will have created proposals and have a good brand within a specialisation.
Senior Recruiters
A Senior Recruiter has shown through a high level of production that they have mastered the role of recruitment and are now ready to step into the realm of managing a team.
The Senior Recruiter is still involved in recruitment, and at the same time manages small team.
They are responsible for bringing the larger clients, including winning bulk-recruitment deals and retainer base business.
Their target is based upon their team meeting team targets.
