How to use behavioural profiling for better team productivity

Behavioural profiles tell us the most likely way that a person is going to approach solving problems and communicating with others. It also gives us insight into how they can best be communicated to and their main fear.

By knowing another person’s behavioural profile, you can adapt your own communication style and content so as to avoid demotivating them and gain faster agreements.

They can also be used to convert a person’s bad behaviours (such as gossiping, whining etc.) into good behaviours.
